3-axis CNC milling
Our Doosan MV3016L vertical machining center supports multi-operation milling, contouring, drilling, rigid tapping, thread milling, reaming, boring and engraving. We program with Mastercam.
Send the drawing and model for a review of size, material, geometry and schedule. Tolerances as tight as ±0.0005" can be considered where the feature and setup allow; requirements are assessed by part.
Machined and checked to the print.
We work with aluminum, carbon and alloy steels, stainless steel, plastics and other materials as appropriate to the job. Inspection uses calibrated shop measuring equipment, including micrometers, height gauges, bore and pin gauges, and a surface plate.
Dimensional reports and material certifications are available when arranged for the order.

When a component needs turning, grinding, EDM, heat treatment, coatings or another specialty process, we can coordinate qualified outside suppliers as agreed in the quote. The process plan and responsibility are confirmed before work begins.
